WATERGRID aims to develop and implement Smart Water Grids (SWGs) using Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) to improve climate resilience and water management across diverse European regions, particularly during extreme droughts. Through demonstration sites, digital tools, stakeholder collaboration, and policy integration, WATERGRID seeks to enhance water availability, reduce pollution, and generate significant economic savings.
