The Institute of Hydraulic Engineering and River Research at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU) advances science in water engineering and river management. They serve as the Validation Site Leader for the Danube Alluvial Zone National Park and lead the development of protocols and standards for the design and operation of Smart Water Grids.
